Kickboxing

is a relatively young martial art, its emergence can be attributed to the mid-70s of the XX century. However, clearly indicate the founders of this style is quite difficult - to claim that role a significant amount of martial arts, both European and American. Sometimes a kickboxing referred to Bruce Lee's activities in the field of dissemination of arts in 60th and 70th years of the twentieth century. Kickboxing is the birthplace of the United States. There, in the late 1960s - early 1970s began to be in full contact fighting. The first official competitions on "Full-contact karate" (in four weight classes) were held in September 1974. The winners are: Mexican Americans I.Duenas and J. Louis, J.
